1. Acceptance

By accessing mayanbelize.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Online Orders

• Prices shown are in US Dollars (USD). Belize Dollar (BZD) equivalents are provided at a 2:1 fixed rate for convenience.
• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if items become unavailable.
• A 12.5% GST and 10% service charge are added at checkout as required by Belize law.
• Payment is collected at pickup or at the table — no online payment is processed through this site.

3. Reservations & Events

Reservations are subject to availability. We may request a deposit for large parties or special events. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of The Mayan at Lina Point and may not be reproduced without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Mayan at Lina Point provides this website “as is” and is not liable for any damages arising from its use. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of menu items, prices, and availability, but errors may occur.

6. Allergen Notice

Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten, and eggs. If you have food allergies, please inform our staff before ordering. Menu descriptions may not list all ingredients.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belize.
