Closed for slow season August 24 through November 11, 2026. Thursday, November 12, 2026 is breakfast and lunch, then Bar Bites 4:00–9:00 PM. The first Dinner at The Mayan with Live Drums & Music is Friday, November 13, 2026. The first Sunset Cook Your Catch Fishing and Sandbar Grill is Sunday, November 15, 2026. Tuesday–Saturday: breakfast and lunch 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, from November 12, 2026. Reservations for breakfast and lunch run 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Sunday–Thursday, including Monday, Bar Bites (hot dogs and nachos) is offered 4:00–9:00 PM. It is walk-in and not bookable. Tuesday–Thursday and Sunday, the kitchen closes at 2:00 PM after breakfast and lunch. Monday breakfast and lunch stay closed. In-house Lina Point guests still receive continental breakfast on Mondays. Fri–Sat Dinner at The Mayan with Live Drums & Music from November 13, 2026, with a 5:30 PM sunset seating and a 7:30 PM late-night seating, last dinner orders 9 PM, then Bar Bites (hot dogs and nachos) 9–11 PM in the lounge, lounge open until midnight. Dinner includes live drumming and music (the band plays guests' custom birthday and special songs), staff in Mayan uniforms, and Mayan-themed decor and dining. On Sunday the kitchen closes at 2:00 PM after breakfast and lunch, then Bar Bites is offered 4:00–9:00 PM. From November 15, 2026, Sunset Cook Your Catch Fishing and Sandbar Grill is a public ticket on the Sandbar. It starts at 4:00 PM. Fishing is self-guided, with no guide or fisherman. Guests help clean the catch and grill it over an open fire. The sunset seafood boil is about 5:30 PM, with Belizean rice and beans, fresh vegetables, and one rum punch with dinner. Backup fresh fish is ready if a guest catches nothing. 30 tickets, $69 USD per person, prepaid online. Breakfast and lunch closed. In-house Lina Point guests receive continental breakfast. Bar Bites 4:00–9:00 PM.

On Sunday the kitchen closes at 2:00 PM after breakfast and lunch, then Bar Bites is offered 4:00–9:00 PM. From November 15, 2026, Sunset Cook Your Catch Fishing and Sandbar Grill is a public Sunday ticket on the Sandbar. It starts at 4:00 PM. Fishing is self-guided, with no guide or fisherman. We provide bait, fishing rods, and self-guided paddleboats for Mangrove Bay, or guests can fish off the docks in our channels (good snapper). Guests help clean the catch and grill it over an open fire. The sunset seafood boil is about 5:30 PM, with Belizean rice and beans, fresh vegetables, and one rum punch with dinner. Backup fresh fish is ready if a guest catches nothing. There is live music, a fire pit, a DJ, and a drum circle. 30 tickets, $69 USD per person, prepaid online. On other days, fishing pole rental is $35 at Lina Point and fish prep with sides is $15 at The Mayan.

Drumming on these nights is part of dinner and the Sunday boil. It is not a separate drum class. Fry Jack Class stays Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM, and Cocktail Class stays Friday at 10:00 AM.
