The Mayan reopens Thursday, November 12, 2026

The restaurant is closed for slow season through Wednesday, November 11, 2026. It reopens Thursday, November 12, 2026. The grand opening night is Friday, November 13, 2026, the first Mayan Experience dinner, with live drumming and Mayan copal and cacao.

• Breakfast and lunch run Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM. The last reservation is 1:00 PM. The kitchen serves until 2:00 PM. Mondays are closed, except continental breakfast for in-house guests.
• Mayan Experience dinner runs Friday and Saturday, 5:00–10:00 PM, with the last table seated at 9:00 PM. The dinner menu is still being finalized.
• Tuesday through Thursday, the Pool Bar serves a hot dog bar and fresh-baked personal pizzas, about 2:00–9:00 PM. It is walk-in and open to the public. There is no restaurant dinner on those days.
• The restaurant is closed on Sundays. From November 15, 2026, the Cook Your Catch Sunset Experience is at the Sandbar. It is a seafood boil at sunset, around 5:30 PM, $99 per person, paid on site, capped at 30 tickets, with a fire pit, a live DJ, and a drum circle.
• Classes start November 13, 2026: Fry Jack Class on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM, and Cocktail Class on Friday at 10:00 AM.
