Mayan Experience nights and Cook Your Catch Sunset Experience
Closed for slow season August 24 through November 11, 2026. Thursday, November 12, 2026 is breakfast, lunch, and the Pool Bar. The first Mayan Experience dinner is Friday, November 13, 2026. The first Cook Your Catch Sunset Experience is Sunday, November 15, 2026. Tuesday–Saturday: breakfast and lunch 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, from November 12, 2026. Reservations for breakfast and lunch run 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Tuesday–Thursday: the Pool Bar serves walk-in bar food about 2:00–9:00 PM (hot dog bar and personal pizzas; no reservations). Friday and Saturday: Mayan Experience dinner 5:00–10:00 PM, last seating 9:00 PM, from November 13, 2026, with live drumming and Mayan copal and cacao during dinner. Sundays from November 15, 2026: Cook Your Catch Sunset Experience at the Pool Bar, open seating. Live DJ and drum circle noon–10:00 PM. Seafood boil about 5:30 PM. 30 tickets, $99 USD per person, paid on site. The restaurant is closed Mondays.
Friday and Saturday: Mayan Experience dinner
Dinner in the restaurant is Friday and Saturday, 5:00–10:00 PM Belize time. The last table is seated at 9:00 PM. The first night is Friday, November 13, 2026. Live drumming, and Mayan copal and cacao options, run throughout dinner service. Thursday, November 12 is breakfast, lunch, and the Pool Bar — not a dinner night. A dinner menu is still being revised and is not published yet.

Sundays from November 15, 2026 are Cook Your Catch Sunset Experience: a seafood boil about 5:30 PM at the Pool Bar. There are 30 tickets at $99 USD per person, paid on site. Open to the public and to hotel guests.

After breakfast and lunch, the Pool Bar is walk-in only, about 2:00–9:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday. The bar food is a hot dog bar and freshly baked personal pizzas. There are no Pool Bar reservations, and those items are not on the online menu. The restaurant dining room is closed all day Monday. In-house Lina Point guests still receive continental breakfast on Mondays.
Drumming on these nights is part of dinner and the Sunday boil. It is not a separate drum class. Fry Jack Class stays Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM, and Cocktail Class stays Friday at 10:00 AM.
